  2. Your Content: You retain ownership of the photos you upload to ToonAvatar.

  3. Generated Content: You have the right to use AI-generated anime avatars created by our service for personal or commercial purposes, including social media profiles, game avatars, and chat applications.

  4. Intellectual Property: You acknowledge that you do not own the underlying technology or intellectual property that constitutes the ToonAvatar service, and you agree to respect the intellectual property of toonavatarai.com and any third parties.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities when using ToonAvatar:

  • NSFW and Sexually Explicit Content: Strictly prohibited from using ToonAvatar to upload, generate, process, or distribute any NSFW (Not Safe For Work), sexually explicit, pornographic, adult, sexually suggestive content, or child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Our AI providers have built-in NSFW content filters. Any attempt to bypass these filters or generate such content will result in immediate and permanent account termination without refund.
  • Upload photos that infringe on the privacy or intellectual property rights of others.
  • Upload violent or hateful content.
  • Use the service to create harmful, defamatory, or illegal content.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract our AI models.
  • Resell or redistribute ToonAvatar's services without authorization.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the security or performance of the service.
  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempt to bypass any security features, content moderation mechanisms, or the credits system of the service.
  • Access or use the service in an automated manner (e.g., bots, scrapers) for bulk processing.

We reserve the right to reject requests, remove violating content, and suspend or terminate your account if violations are detected.

Credits and Payment

  1. Credits System: ToonAvatar operates on a credits-based system. Each anime avatar generation consumes a certain number of credits. The exact amount is displayed on the generation page.

  2. Credit Packs: You can purchase credit packs through our pricing page. Credits are valid within their specified validity period.

  3. Pricing: All prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to change with notice to users.

  4. Payment Terms:

    • All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
    • You agree to pay all charges associated with your selected credit pack.
    • Payments are processed through third-party payment platforms. ToonAvatar does not directly store your complete payment card information.

  5. Refund Policy: Refunds for purchased credits are generally not provided. However, if you believe there was an error or issue with your purchase, please contact our support team.

Service Availability

  • AI-generated images will meet your specific expectations.
  • The service will be compatible with all devices or browsers.

Limitation of Liability

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, to us, or to third parties. Upon account termination, any unused credits will not be refunded unless otherwise required by law.

Indemnification
